Shops with Terraces

Made of wood these room boxes are deeper than your average 1:12 scale room box which gives the extra space for creating the scene you wish to create.

They come flat packed and complete with acetate for the windows (all pre cut), as well as outside door handles for the doors.

All the holes for putting the boxes together are pre drilled and the kits come with the screws required.

As the kits are mass produced you will find there maybe some sanding work to be done and the walls might need some leveling. (the one I have completed was out one wall on one side by 1mm at one end).

The detailed shop frontages come with 2 different designs (square or arched windows) which are very attractive and also completely made up.  Lots of fun to create your personalised look with stain or colour.

The staircase and widow walk are also made up in sections, so again it is a matter of staining or painting after giving it a light sand to remove any glue marks.

When weighing up the costs of the components in this kit and the amount of work which has been done in advance we believe these kits are great value for money.
