Returns and Replacements

Our intention is that you are delighted with your purchases and service that you receive.  However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer you a full refund or a replacement item.  Just return the item to us within 14 days in the same condition as it left.

 All refunds issued will NOT include shipping costs.  The cost of returning the item is at YOUR expense.  However if we are sending you a replacement due to the item being damaged or faulty we will send you the replacement at OUR expense.

Returning an item

  • If we have made a mistake when processing your order, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
  • Any items delivered to the customer in a deffective or damaged condition and reported to us within 14 days can be returned or exchanged.  If you do receive damaged or deffective goods, please report it to us via telephone, fax or email and we will help you through the process.
  • If for some reason, you are not satisfied with our order, you may return it to us for a full refund minus shipping charges.  If you have received free shipping on your order, actual shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • You must obtain prior approval from before returning an item.  Please contact us by email, fax, or telephone, explain the issues and we will give you further instructions.
  • Items returned must be unused and in the original condition and packaging.
  • Please ensure all returns sent to are sent with tracking and/or insurance as cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit back to us.
  • If your purchase is returned due to being defective, damaged or the incorrect product, shipping costs will be refunded.

 Browsing and Adding Items to the Cart 

As you browse through our store you will find many products for sale.  To find more indepth information about a product simply click on either its title or picture and you will be taken to an enlarged picture and description of the product in question.

To purchase the item simply click on the add to cart button.  Prior to this you may wish to choose an option if there is one (like colour) and the quantity.  Once you are ok with your choices and click the add to cart button, your purchase will show in the shopping cart at the top right corner of the site.

At anytime you can click on the cart to see the list of what you are purchasing and at that point can remove the item if you have changed your mind by clicking the circle with an X in it.

Checkout Procedure

Once you have browsed and altered your order in the shopping cart you can then checkout and purchase the items.

To do this, there is a button next to the Shopping Cart called Secure Checkout - simply click the "Secure Checkout" button and it will take you to our 4 step, one page, new check out which is very simple to use.

Login if you have not already done so

Step 2

Complete 2 address fields - one is for the delivery address as we can send presents to other people on your behalf.  The other address is yours (the purchaser) so we can send you your receipt.

Step 3

Courier costs will be advised after confirming your order.

Step 4

Payment details will be sent to you after confirming your order.

Do not worry about printing off your order for confirmation as it will be sent to you by email once the checkout process has been completed. 

Payment Methods  

  • Cheques are accepted in New Zealand dollars only and your order will be despatched on clearance of the cheque.

  • Bank Deposit - if you select this option during the checkout process our bank account details will be given to you so you may make your payment.  Your purchase will be despatched at the time your funds reach our account.

Taxes and Customs Duties

Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from's charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict.

These charges (if any) are made payable to your government. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government.  Please check with your local post office for more information.
Customs Sticker is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-New Zealand shipments. We are unable to honour any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
